Wow - I think my stomach just turned several times! My sister got a spoon stuck in her cheek when she was young - so yeah no playing with cutlery sounds like the way to go!
Yup a spoon - she still has the scar! It took up most of her cheek when she was little but as her head grew it shrunk - or appearers smaller - whatever - you know what I mean ;-)
